RANDALL M. KOB Managing Director Randall Kob is a Managing Director of Prudential Capital Group’s Dallas Energy and Corporate Finance office. He is responsible for managing a 15-person investment staff, and a $7.9 billion (as of 6/30/10) portfolio of private placements with more than 130 clients. Kob oversees the private placement activity in Prudential Capital’s U.S. Southwestern territory and energy investing activities, worldwide. Kob joined Prudential Capital’s Dallas office in 1990 after working in energy corporate banking in the Southwest. Since joining Prudential Capital, Kob has undertaken a variety of assignments including managing the direct oil and gas investment portfolio, the utility and power project finance portfolios, and heading various initiatives for the unit. Kob received a BS from Eastern Illinois University and an MBA from the University of Missouri. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors for Cornerstone, and a board observer at Hospitality Mints, LLC, and Tepsco. |
